Property developer Hung Thinh proposes Mekong Delta urban project
Hung Thinh Corporation is proposing to develop an urban project that includes entertainment, commerce, services, nighttime economy, and riverbank eco-tourism segments in Cao Lanh town, Dong Thap province.
Pham Thien Nghia told a meeting with Hung Thinh leaders that the proposal is suitable to the province's development orientation and the planning for Cao Lanh that is capitalizing on advantages of the Tien riverbank areas and the town's ecological agriculture values, contributing to developing Dong Thap province into a worth-living place.

In an earlier proposal sent to Lam Dong People's Committee, the corporation proposed researching and financing the planning for a 14,000-hectare green urban complex integrating high-tech agriculture and eco-tourism in Bao Lam and Di Linh districts of the Central Highlands province.
Dong Thap is a key area of food and fishery production the Mekong Delta, with branches of Tien River and Hau River providing year-round deposits of alluvium and salinity-free water.
Lam Dong, a hilly province in the Central Highlands, is known for its high-tech agriculture, biotechnology, food preservation, and agricultural product processing.
