On the occasion of the 9th anniversary of the establishment and development of Saigon Ratings (July 21, 2017 – July 21, 2026), we would like to express our profound gratitude to our valued clients and partners who have placed their trust in and utilized our credit rating services, and who have accompanied and cooperated with Saigon Ratings throughout our business operations and development journey.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to the Ministry of Finance and other relevant ministries and government agencies for conducting the appraisal process and granting the first operating license to Saigon Ratings in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations; to the Asian Development Bank (ADB) for its technical assistance and financial support for human resource development and training; and to Fitch Learning, our long-term strategic partner, for its close cooperation over the past nearly five years, successfully organizing five professional training programs and awarding internationally recognized credit rating certifications to Saigon Ratings’ team of analysts.

At the same time, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to the members of the Association of Credit Rating Agencies in Asia (ACRAA), as well as our strategic partners, CCXI (China’s leading credit rating agency) and MARC (Malaysia’s leading credit rating agency), for their enthusiastic support, cooperation, and valuable exchanges of knowledge and experience in corporate governance, operational management of credit rating agencies, and international best practices and professional standards.

The Management Board of Saigon Ratings would like to express its profound gratitude and sincere appreciation to all Saigon Ratings employees for their long-term commitment, dedication, and valuable contributions. Together, we have shared challenges and difficulties, celebrated achievements and successes, and worked collaboratively to gradually establish the reputation and credibility of the Saigon Ratings credit rating brand in the Vietnamese market and across Asia.

We are pleased and honored to announce that, after nine years of operation, Saigon Ratings has become the leading credit rating agency in the Vietnamese credit rating market, having successfully completed 300 issuer and/or issue credit rating assignments for most of the country’s leading economic groups, state-owned corporations, and large-scale enterprises (both financial and non-financial). These include both domestic enterprises and foreign direct investment (FDI) enterprises participating in the Vietnamese bond market and operating across many key sectors and industries of the economy:
