At full capacity, the project will have an annual capacity of 168 million FPCB items and 2.27 million wireless vehicle charging items. The project, featuring four locations Vinh Phuc’s Khai Quang Industrial Park, will cover a total of 3.63 hectares.

Its first factory, with an area of 7,470 square meters, began operating in 2022. The second facility will be able to manufacture 48 million FPCB after starting official operation in December 2024.

The third plant, specialized in making wireless vehicle chargers, also aims to enter production in December 2024.

The fourth facility is set to install equipment in March 2025-March 2026 and enter official operations in April 2026.

The project now employs 3,811 people and is set to recruit 200 more when the first and second factories complete their expansion, according to a report by DKT Vina.

Vinh Phuc has emerged as a favored destination for electronics ancillary companies; and is seeking to attract more high-tech manufacturers.

The province is home to around 200 companies that manufacture electronic components including a host of foreign-invested companies. Some of these are South Korea’s Partron Vina with a $270 million project; Heasung Vina with $165 million; Power Logics Vina with $100 million; and BH Flex Vina with $61 million.
