Sembcorp to develop ready-built warehouses in central province next month
Singapore's Sembcorp Industries will commence construction of a 3.5-hectare warehouse facility in Quang Ngai on December 2 as the first of its kind in the central province.
The construction of Sembcorp Logistics Park in VSIP Quang Ngai Industrial Park is set to complete in the last quarter of 2023.
The facility is in the proximity of Sa Ky and Dung Quat seaports in the province, Chu Lai Airport in the neighboring province of Quang Nam, and Danang International Airport in the central city of Danang, together with Danang-Quang Ngai Expressway.

Sembcorp entered Vietnam's market in 1996 by setting up the Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park (VSIP) joint venture with Becamex, a Binh Duong province-based major industrial property and urban developer.
VSIP’s 12 large-scale industrial parks in Vietnam are located in Bac Ninh, Hai Phong and Hai Duong in the north; Nghe An, Quang Tri and Quang Ngai in the central region; Binh Duong and Can Tho in the south.
