Sunshine Group signs strategic distribution cooperation deal with agencies for projects in southern Vietnam
Major developer Sunshine Group recently signed a strategic cooperation agreement with 20 leading distribution agents in southern Vietnam.
The event marked an important turning point as many large-scale projects such as Sunshine Sky City, Noble Crystal Riverside, and Sunshine Bay Retreat Vung Tau were simultaneously introduced.
The signing ceremony was full of expectations and assessed by agents as a strong "push", contributing to bringing promising, high-quality supply to southern Vietnam's property market.

In the context of a challenging real estate market in the south, the strategic cooperation agreement is considered a key development step for Sunshine Group.
The event not only affirms the group's long-term and sustainable development orientation, but also demonstrates thorough preparation in terms of legality, construction progress, and professional distribution system.
With these foundations, Sunshine Group shows its determination to accompany the market, contributing to creating stability and creating momentum for growth in the coming period.
Joining Sunshine Group in this signing ceremony were 20 leading strategic distribution agents in the market, including CBRE Vietnam, Mai Viet Land, CEN Ho Chi Minh, BHS Mien Nam, Dat Xanh Mien Bac, Khai Minh Land, Hana Homes, Thu Thiem Real, Mai Com, Anhomes, New Link Investment, Chau Dai Duong, Premium, RH Investment, QS Land, Global Homes, VP Corp, and The One and Kien Nam Land.
The presence of these prestigious names not only affirms the appeal of Sunshine Group projects, but also creates a strong distribution network, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and efficiency in the southern property market.
“We identify market trust as the foundation. By signing a strategic cooperation agreement at this stage, Sunshine Group wants to affirm its transparency in policies, companionship with agents, and commitment to bring high-value projects to customers,” Nguyen Thuy Hoang Dung, deputy general director of Sunshine Group in charge of the southern region, said at the ceremony.

Sunshine Group identifies technology as one of the strategic pillars in its development journey. Each project not only features a smart operation management system and a connected resident platform, but also integrates distribution tools based on automatic data analysis.
Notably is the Noble App with its NobleGo feature - a pioneering solution that allows customers to participate in livestreaming to bid for public purchase rights, while applying AI to optimize the transaction process.
This is considered a new step forward to bring real estate into the digital age, bringing a professional experience to customers, while opening up for agents a more flexible, effective and innovative sales method in approaching the market.
The signing ceremony for distribution of key projects this time shows a clear message: Sunshine Group not only focuses on product development but also values, establishing a clear cooperation mechanism, technologicalizing processes, and accompanying the distribution system.
In the context of the southern market needing more quality supply and clear policies for recovery, this move is considered by observers as a positive signal, contributing to affirming Sunshine Group's position in the region, while opening a new development phase for the business as well as the market.

The projects that Sunshine Group announced for distribution this time have their own mark but serve the same strategy in the south.
Sunshine Sky City is considered a "miniature smart city" in District 7, adding quality supply after restarting. Noble Crystal Riverside with the advantage of three sides bordering the Saigon River promises to become a new architectural symbol of the city's southern area.
Meanwhile, Sunshine Bay Retreat Vung Tau opens a new generation of resorts with all apartments facing the sea, "all in one" utilities, and 4.0 technology.
This combination strengthens the image of Sunshine Group in the urban-ecological segment and expands to resorts, demonstrating the vision of diversifying products and leading the new investment-living trend.
The simultaneous launch of three strategic projects has created a strong attraction, making many distributors express their excitement and expectations. They see Sunshine Group not only as a source of quality and large-scale products with complete legal documents, but also as a pioneering enterprise applying 4.0 technology with a professionally organized distribution system.
On that foundation, agents believe that accompanying Sunshine Group will open up breakthrough opportunities: from conquering customers, improving business efficiency to jointly creating new living standards that harmoniously combine residence, resort, and investment.
