Vietnam’s multi-industry economic group Sunshine officially broke ground on Sunshine Legend City, an eco-friendly urban development in eastern Hanoi, on Tuesday.

The project will feature nearly 8,000 fully furnished luxury apartments at affordable prices, targeting young buyers.

The project is a flagship initiative in Sunshine Group’s drive to deliver 20,000 high-quality, affordable apartments across Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and surrounding satellite urban areas.

Spanning nearly 50 hectares and inspired by the historic Pho Hien trading port, Sunshine Legend City is master-planned with low-rise zones - including island villas, lakeside villas, and riverside shophouses - and high-rise zones featuring a complex of commercial towers, offices, and luxury apartments.

Benefiting from Ngoc Hoi Bridge

Located in Nghia Tru commune, the northern province of Hung Yen, Sunshine Legend City occupies a strategic site near the Hanoi-Hai Phong Expressway connecting the capital to the northern port city, between Ring Roads 4 and 3.5, and close to seven bridges spanning the Red River.

The development is less than 20 minutes from the central ward of Hoan Kiem in Hanoi, 30 minutes from Noi Bai Airport, and roughly 60-90 minutes from Hai Phong and Quang Ninh province.

Notably, the project will benefit from infrastructure momentum generated by the Ngoc Hoi Bridge - a more than VND11.8 trillion ($447.82 million) project that broke ground on August 19 and is expected to be completed by 2028.

The bridge will connect directly to Sunshine Legend City via Ring Road 3.5, significantly cutting travel time to central Hanoi and providing convenient access to the provinces southeast of the capital city in a breakthrough interregional gateway.

Nearly 8,000 fully furnished smart luxury apartments, affordably priced for young buyers, with free listing and rental support on NobleLink

The centerpiece of Sunshine Legend City is nearly 8,000 high-rise luxury apartments, developed to standards comparable with Sunshine Group’s existing projects, such as Sunshine City in Hanoi and Sunshine Sky City in HCMC.

Each unit comes fully furnished with smart interiors, including kitchen cabinetry, wood flooring, imported sanitary fixtures, lighting, and ceiling-mounted air conditioning, allowing residents to move in immediately without additional finishing costs.

Notably, these units are priced from just over VND40 million ($1,518) per square meter, up to 25% lower than comparable projects in the area, offering attractive profit margins for investors and expanding ownership opportunities for end buyers.

Designed as “smart apartments,” the units are delivered fully fitted with intelligent interiors and advanced AI-enabled electronic systems, offering a modern living experience and optimized functionality.

Another key advantage is that all units, whether for rent or resale, can be listed for free on NobleLink - a platform integrated within the Noble App, developed by Sunshine Group’s tech arm Unicloud.

Beyond free listings, the platform provides smart pricing, suggests optimal rates, and connects directly with potential buyers both domestically and internationally. This exclusive feature within Sunshine Group’s ecosystem helps clients enhance liquidity and maximize the value of their properties.

With fully furnished interiors, prices starting from just over VND40 million per square meter, and strong support from the exclusive NobleLink platform, the project is being hailed as a high-value offering that generates cash flow and profits for owners immediately after purchase, redefining the standards of luxury real estate: premium living experiences, cost efficiency, and easy long-term value extraction.

31,000 sqm of landscaped water features integrated with fully coordinated five-star amenities

Like many of Sunshine Group’s other high-end projects, Sunshine Legend City features meticulous investment in every architectural and infrastructure detail: from carefully selected, slip-resistant paving materials built to last decades, to premium exterior cladding using European heritage restoration techniques.

The entire infrastructure system is master-planned with modern standards, featuring comprehensive flood control and integrating AI and robotic technologies into urban management - from landscaping maintenance to operational monitoring - creating a modern, safe, and sustainable living environment.

Complementing the high-end apartments, shophouses, and villas, the project also features a comprehensive suite of five-star amenities catering to multiple generations, including a commercial and service complex with pedestrian streets and elevated shopping areas; a cultural and arts complex with 3D mapping, hologram technology, live performances, and a nearly 2-kilometer heritage river light festival; and a resort area on ground and upper levels, offering a clubhouse, an artificial lagoon, lounges, a sky bar, and a sky garden.

All of this will be integrated within 31,000 sqm of landscaped water features, connected to more than 1,000 top-tier amenities in healthcare, education, commerce, and entertainment from the established modern urban developments in eastern Hanoi.

Flexible, accessible financing solutions for young buyers

Sunshine Legend City benefits from comprehensive support from a range of reputable strategic partners, including Saigon-Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB), which provides full financing - from project capital to tailored mortgage packages for homebuyers.

The solutions are designed to be flexible, with long-term loan tenors, competitive interest rates, reasonable principal and interest grace periods, and transparent procedures, with a particular focus on young buyers.

As a result, the dream of owning a high-end apartment in an eco-friendly, culturally rich, and tech-enabled urban environment is no longer an exclusive luxury, but a reachable choice for young buyers seeking a stable home to build their future.
