Sunshine Group has officially signed a strategic partnership with Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) to operate the YAMA brand - a unique poolside restaurant complex in the Hanoi-based Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence project.

The event, held last Thursday, marks a pioneering step in bringing international dining, entertainment, and luxury hospitality experiences to the Tay Ho West area, establishing a new standard of living for the elite community in the region.

Sky Pool restaurant complex: An icon of Eastern cuisine above the clouds

Under the partnership agreement, Sunset Hospitality Group will manage the rooftop restaurant, YAMA, which is designed to meet six-star standards and will occupy the 39th and 40th floors – the highest levels of the Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence project.

This sky-high resort complex is envisioned as a "floating cruise ship above the clouds," featuring high-end amenities such as a sky bar, lounge, and infinity pool, evoking the opulence of the Marina Bay Sands (Singapore) but reinterpreted with a unique identity in Tay Ho West.

YAMA restaurant & lounge: A journey of contemporary culinary experiences

YAMA (which means "mountain" in Japanese) is an exclusive pool and lounge restaurant brand developed by SHG, where the essence of mindfulness is infused into every contemporary culinary experience.

Inspired by the pure beauty of nature and the philosophy of balanced living, YAMA offers a multi-layered journey, allowing diners to enjoy exquisitely crafted dishes by the infinity pool, while admiring the magical views of the West Lake, the Red River, and Hanoi’s skyline.

Or, simply immerse yourself in the refreshing water and rejuvenate with wellness activities such as yoga, meditation, pilates, or indulge in private acoustic performances from hundreds of meters above the ground.

The culinary offerings at YAMA represent a fusion of traditional Eastern delicacies (especially Japanese) and contemporary spirit, with dishes like premium sashimi, sushi, and yakimono, crafted from fresh local ingredients and presented as intricate works of art.

The carefully crafted cocktails, created through the art of mixology with seasonal ingredients, along with a rare wine collection, premium Japanese teas, and a wellness-focused menu, position YAMA as a model for sophisticated dining in the new era.

Sunset Hospitality Group - a Dubai-born leading multinational lifestyle hospitality group enters Tay Ho West for the first time

Founded in 2011 in Dubai, Sunset Hospitality Group has become one of the leading multinational lifestyle hospitality operators - with a wide portfolio encompassing hotels & resorts, restaurants, beach clubs, nightclubs, entertainment hubs, fitness centres, and other lifestyle hospitality offerings - with nearly 90 locations across 25 countries.

SHG is behind iconic rooftop restaurants such as SUSHISAMBA, Attiko, and Mood Lounge, and is a trusted partner for many luxury resort and hotel chains worldwide.

Sunshine Group's leaders hope to work with SHG to turn the YAMA complex into an international-class destination in Hanoi.

At the signing ceremony, a representative of Sunshine Group said: "Sunshine Group doesn’t just develop real estate; we create living experiences. Our partnership with Sunset Hospitality Group reflects our commitment to offering exceptional values that exceed expectations, leave a personal imprint, and integrate global standards for the Sunshine community."

"We are proud to partner with Sunshine Group to bring Dubai-style hospitality and culinary excellence to Hanoi. With our global experience and proven standards, SHG is confident that YAMA will quickly make its mark on the high-end dining map of Vietnam and the region," said a representative from Sunset Hospitality Group.

Redefining luxury living standards in Ciputra urban area

Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence is the first branded residence project in the Ciputra urban area, developed by Sunshine Group.

With its rare four-sided frontage and more than 50 luxury amenities that meet five-star resort standards, it is also the world’s first branded residences project to be operated by WorldHotels – the highest luxury brand within BWH Hotels, one of the world’s top 10 hotel chains.

The collaboration with SHG is a "strategic move" that not only elevates the Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence project’s brand value but also propels Tay Ho West into becoming the new center for high-end entertainment and dining in Hanoi.

The presence of the YAMA sky pool restaurant complex in the project not only provides a valuable experience space exclusively for the elite community but also cements Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence’s pioneering role in setting new standards for luxury entertainment in Ciputra and Tay Ho West.

As one of the most renowned international urban areas in Hanoi - home to a global community and an exemplary living environment - Ciputra has long been lacking high-caliber entertainment venues.

The addition of the six-star restaurant complex leading the luxury lifestyle not only fills this gap but also marks Ciputra’s significant step in gathering iconic destinations and connecting with global living standards.
