Buyer secures Sunshine Group’s Hanoi shophouse at 15% lower than market price via livestream
A buyer successfully secured a shophouse at property major Sunshine Group’s Noble Palace Tay Thang Long project in Hanoi for VND11 billion ($421,295), VND2.5 billion or 15% below market value, during a bidding livestream on the NobleGo platform held last Friday evening.

The property was a Grand Shophouse (code V8-10), a five-story unit with a land area of 55 square meters and a total construction floor area of 245 square meters.
Located in the Victory zone - the first phase of the project to be delivered from Q3/2025, the unit can be flexibly used for residential living, business operations, or rental investment. As per usual, the starting bid was VND6.8 billion ($260,387), equivalent to 50% of its market price.
In addition to the favorable deal, Phuong Hanh, the successful bidder, was awarded a VND500 million ($19,146) bonus by Sunshine Group for choosing a basic interior finishing package with S-Decoro, a member company specializing in premium interiors within the Sunshine ecosystem. This incentive is part of Sunshine’s strategy to support homeowners with finishing costs and speed up neighborhood-wide completion, thus fostering a vibrant business community.
Sunshine Group and S-Decoro’s full-package interior solutions feature premium imported materials and professional execution, helping homeowners save 30-40% in costs and cut finishing time by half compared to handling it independently. Paired with firm handover timelines committed by buyers, this solution not only optimizes investment costs but also allows owners to begin generating returns immediately upon handover.
Noble Palace Tay Thang Long: A prime collection of capital city shophouses with 10 exclusive advantages
Noble Palace Tay Thang Long enjoys a rare, prime location at the commercial heart of West Hanoi, connected to four major arterial roads: Tay Thang Long Avenue, National Highway 32, Belt Road 4, and Belt Road 3.5. It is also adjacent to two massive parks totaling 200 hectares and just 15 minutes from West Lake.
The project is positioned as a true "Capital City Shophouse" development, featuring a central axis road that is part of the official national zoning plan. The internal layout of the shophouse clusters incorporates intelligent spacing between blocks to enhance connectivity and ensure seamless commercial flow throughout the area.
Rather than building a commercial center, the project offers all business opportunities directly to nearly 2,500 shophouses. Every homeowner becomes a “street creator,” co-building a sophisticated and prosperous business community.
Combined with five-star amenities like a wellness hospital and international schools, the project also pioneers the use of AI for operations and business support, as well as 3D Mapping and Hologram technologies for entertainment and performance, bringing modern, cutting-edge experiences to West Hanoi.

With many units already topped out and entering the finishing phase for expected handover in Q3/2025, the project’s properties are not only ready for immediate use but can also be recognized as tangible assets. Importantly, current pricing reflects actual value rather than speculative future pricing, offering clear appreciation potential amid accelerating infrastructure development in the area.
Sunshine Group unveils new Noble Palace project in Western West Lake
During the livestream, Sunshine Group also introduced a new flagship project in its Noble Palace collection: Noble Palace Tay Ho.
This upcoming development includes nearly 500 exclusive villas and shop villas, fully legally cleared for sale, currently under completion, and scheduled for handover from Q3/2025.
These units match the exterior finishing standards of Noble Palace Tay Thang Long, featuring premium materials refined using restoration techniques found in European museums and castles, designed for timeless, elegant architecture.

Upcoming NobleGo livestreams on Tuesday & Friday
Following the successful sale of unit V8-10, NobleGo will feature two additional Grand Shophouses from Noble Palace Tay Thang Long project on Tuesday and Friday.
The unit V8-15A (55 square meters) will go live on Tuesday with a starting bid of VND6.8 billion ($260,387) again, just 50% of market value. These units are already constructed with completed exteriors, come with long-term red books (land use certificates), and have clear profit potential.
The livestream events will continue to air regularly on the Noble App, developed by Sunshine Group’s tech arm Unicloud and on national television channels. For every successful transaction, Sunshine Group contributes VND500 million ($19,146) to the charitable fund of Vietnam Television (VTV), aligning with its long-term vision of sustainable development and corporate social responsibility.
In parallel, the group is also advancing a housing strategy for young people, offering over 20,000 high-quality, reasonably priced homes in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in the near future.
