Techcombank to co-host Vietnam Financial Forum 2026 on channeling capital, driving growth
Vietnam's leading private lender Techcombank will co-host the Vietnam Financial Forum 2026 (VFF 2026), a national-level finance conference to be held in Danang on July 9-10, as the country seeks to strengthen capital markets and develop its International Financial Center.
The forum is expected to bring together policymakers, regulators, financial institutions, investors, business leaders and market participants to discuss capital markets, financial infrastructure, digital finance, sustainable investment, and international capital flows.
Techcombank said the bank's participation reflects its strategy of supporting Vietnam's economic development by improving capital allocation and expanding access to domestic and international funding sources.
CEO Jens Lottner will join a keynote panel titled "A domestic market perspective on Vietnam International Financial Center: Connecting global capital for Vietnam's next growth phase."
Drawing on the bank's experience in mobilizing and diversifying funding sources, Lottner is expected to discuss opportunities and challenges facing Vietnam's capital markets and the development of an integrated financial ecosystem linking investors, businesses and capital.

Techcombank representatives will also participate in panel discussions on investment opportunities in infrastructure, energy and industrial development, as well as strategies for attracting long-term institutional capital from international investors.
The bank said the discussions align with the government's objective of achieving double-digit economic growth this year through stronger capital market development and more efficient capital allocation.
Techcombank has emerged as one of Vietnam's leading arrangers and distributors of capital market products, connecting domestic companies with local and international investors while expanding its digital banking ecosystem.
For years, Techcombank has spearheaded a robust ecosystem and actively supported the economy by undertaking major projects - ranging from the Gia Binh next-generation aviation economic hub to the Long Thanh-Ho Tram Expressway - and providing financing for large-scale, multi-sector initiatives. These span key pillars of economic growth, including residential real estate, energy, infrastructure, technology, and healthcare.
Simultaneously, the bank maintains a regular presence at major regional and global finance and investment forums, helping to showcase Vietnam’s market potential to international investors and organizations.
The participation and insights shared by Techcombank’s leadership at VFF 2026 are expected to offer valuable perspectives, helping to facilitate capital flows, enhance resource allocation efficiency, and support the Vietnamese economy as it enters a new phase of growth.
