Thua Thien-Hue seeks investors for $85 mln coastal resort project
Thua Thien-Hue province is calling for investors to develop an eco-coastal resort worth VND1,985 billion ($84.5 million), with August 23 the deadline for submission of investment registration documents.

The project covers 75.39 hectares of land in Giang Hai town, Phu Loc district. It aims to build a three to five-star resort complex, which can host 5,000 guests and 2,000 visitors per day.
It features a luxury hotel area, luxury resort area, shopping center, food zone, theme park, dedicated zone for local experiences, and other facilities.
The project, with a lifespan of 50 years, must be conducted within 48 months since land is allocated, according to local authorities.
Hue, capital of Thua-Thien Hue in central Vietnam, is home to the Imperial Citadel, a UNESCO heritage site, and close to the tourism city of Danang and the ancient town of Hoi An, another UNESCO heritage site in Quang Nam province.
