Toyota Vietnam recalls imported Raize cars
Automaker Toyota Motor Vietnam is recalling imported Raize cars to repair the front shock absorber mounting joint, with the recalling program planned between this month and May 2025.
The vehicles, of small SUV (sport utility vehicle) size, were manufactured in Indonesia from March 29 to October 8 last year, and imported by Toyota Vietnam for distribution in the Vietnamese market, the Vietnam Register said.
A total of 191 Raize cars will be repaired, including 190 sold and one in stock, the regulator added. The estimated inspection and repair time ranges from 7.6 hours to 24.1 hours per car, totally free of charge.
Those customers who want to check whether their Raize vehicles are on the recall list can contact Toyota Vietnam and Toyota dealers nationwide for support. Customers can also contact the nearest Toyota dealers or Toyota Vietnam’s hotline number 18001524 or 0916001524, or its website www.toyota.com.vn.
