T&T Group proposes urban area, industrial park, energy projects in central Vietnam province Khanh Hoa
Vietnam’s multi-sector conglomerate T&T Group on Thursday proposed several investment projects related to urban area development, industrial real estate, and renewable energy in Khanh Hoa province.
Prominent among these projects is the 227-hectare Vinh Luong mixed-use commercial-service, golf course and urban area complex, located in Bac Nha Trang ward, said Do Quang Hien, founder and executive chairman of T&T Group, at a working session with provincial leaders.
Located within the international and national Nha Trang tourism urban zone, the VND23 trillion ($874 million) project holds a strategic position, connecting to key economic centers Nha Trang, Cam Ranh, and Van Phong, while being adjacent to the airport, marina, and other critical transportation points.

Regarding industrial infrastructure, Hien said T&T Group proposed investing in the Ninh An Industrial Park, covering 250-300 hectares in Bac Ninh Hoa commune, and the 215-hectare Ninh Diem Industrial Park in Dong Ninh Hoa ward and Bac Ninh Hoa commune.
The projects are located within the Van Phong Economic Zone - a national growth-driving area that occupies a strategic position at the heart of key economic corridors and major transportation routes, offering convenient access to seaports and international airports.
In the energy sector, T&T plans to invest in an additional 500 MW of solar power and 500 MW of wind power during the 2026-2030 period, prioritizing projects with capacities of 100 MW or more.
The group has already invested in and is operating several wind and solar power projects in Khanh Hoa province, including the Phuoc Ninh, Thien Tan 1.2, Thien Tan 1.3, Thien Tan 1.4 solar power plants, and the Phuoc Huu-Duyen Hai 1 wind power plant, with a total installed capacity of over 300 MW.
Khanh Hoa's Party chief Nghiem Xuan Thanh emphasized that these investment proposals are of great significance to the province’s future socio-economic development.
Chairman of the People’s Committee Nguyen Khac Toan assigned the Economic and Industrial Zones Authority to coordinate with relevant agencies to guide and support the group in researching and proposing the industrial park projects.
The Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion will coordinate with the Departments of Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, and local authorities to assist the group in preparing documentation for the Vinh Luong mixed-use commercial-service, golf course and urban area complex project.
The Department of Industry and Trade was asked to coordinate with other agencies in supporting the group’s research and investment in energy projects, including offshore wind power planning.
Toan expressed his hope that T&T Group would study a project in logistics in the Van Phong area.
Ninh Thuan, which would accommodate two nuclear power plants, was merged into Khanh Hoa province in July to form the new Khanh Hoa. Khanh Hoa is home to the famous bays of Nha Trang and Cam Ranh.
