US real estate group plans amusement park in Hanoi
U.S. group Rosen Partner LLC is planning to build a world-class amusement park in Hanoi to bring its famous brand to Vietnam’s capital and attract more foreign tourists to the country.
The information was released during a meeting between Vietnam's Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai and Daniel Rosen, CEO of Rosen Partner LLC, on Thursday.

The deputy prime minister highly appreciated the investment cooperation proposals of Rosen Partner LLC in Vietnam. He said that this is a good opportunity to contribute to the development of Hanoi in particular and to Vietnam-U.S. relations in general. He hoped that the group will make important contributions to investment cooperation in Vietnam.
Rosen said that his group develops real estate projects all over the world and views Vietnam as a potential market. He shared ideas about investing in Hanoi's infrastructure development and hoped to receive Vietnam's government support for long-term investment in the country.
Khai said that Hanoi is the political and economic center of Vietnam, with a long cultural tradition and history, so it is appropriate for LLC to choose to invest in the capital.
Khai stated that Vietnam always welcomes foreign corporations in general and Rosen Partner LLC in particular to invest in Vietnam's construction sector and real estate market. Vietnam will fully support and facilitate the implementation of Rosen Partner LLC's project in Hanoi.
He expressed hope that Rosen Partner LLC Group will call on businesses around the world to invest in Vietnam on the basis of win-win, harmonious benefits and shared risks.
The deputy prime minister said that bilateral trade between the two countries continues to grow strongly, with two-way trade turnover reached more than $123 billion in 2022, up 11% year-on-year. The U.S. continues to be Vietnam's largest export market, while the latter has become the former's seventh largest trading partner in the world and the largest partner in ASEAN.
Currently, the U.S. has 1,306 FDI projects, ranking 11th among the 143 countries and territories investing in Vietnam.
According to Rosen Partners Group's website, it owns, develops and manages residential and commercial properties in strategic markets across the U.S. and internationally. The portfolio totals more than 5,000 units and three million square feet, and includes hotels and resorts, retail, residential, mixed-use, and senior living communities,
