Vietnam automaker VinFast launches 'non-stop service network'
Vietnam's first fully-fledged automobile manufacturer VinFast is set to launch a “non-stop service network” to improve customer experience, with continuous service from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week.
The service will now operate through lunch breaks and holidays, raising its opening hours from 48 hours per week to 91 hours in a move to deliver flexible and convenient services as VinFast’s market share continues to grow.
The carmaker also offers a unique "24/7 mobile service" in Vietnam, including mobile repairs, mobile charging, and 24/7 rescue services, ready to support customers anytime, anywhere.
On a global scale, VinFast has implemented its "non-stop global repair and consulting center" with a round-the-clock service to provide technical support.
VinFast is the first entirely electric vehicle manufacturer in Southeast Asia providing electric cars, motorbikes and buses, with battery plants and 150,000 charging stations in its ecosystem. The firm’s showroom network covers all 63 cities and provinces with 89 establishments.

In the first two months of this year, VinFast provided 774 electric vehicles to customers, featuring 470 VF 8 and 304 VF e34, the company announced on Tuesday. It is preparing to deliver VF 9 and VF 5 Plus, two SUV models, to customers in Vietnam soon.
On March 1, VinFast delivered its first 45 all-electric cars to U.S. customers at its nine stores across California, while more continue to reach buyers via the firm’s American stores or its home-delivery service for the VF 8 City Edition SUV.
