In 2019, to facilitate Vietnamese businesses' access to advanced recruitment solutions, LinkedIn officially partnered with Anphabe as its exclusive strategic partner in Vietnam responsible for distributing and consulting LinkedIn's solutions for the domestic business community.
After five years of collaboration, Anphabe has successfully enabled hundreds of businesses to fully leverage LinkedIn's solutions, thanks to its pioneering position and deep understanding of the domestic talent market. Anphabe is the only partner in Vietnam and the Asia-Pacific region acknowledged by LinkedIn with awards for Above & Beyond Partner (2021) and Most Impactful Partner – Hiring Solutions (2023).
The number of Vietnamese professionals joining LinkedIn has significantly increased. In early 2024, Vietnam officially became the country with the highest user growth rate over the past two years, with member numbers increasing by 86% to surpass five million - a remarkable figure compared to any other popular recruitment platforms.
Eddyman Kharma, LinkedIn’s regional channels partner manager, said that Anphabe stands as one of LinkedIn's most crucial partners in Asia. With a team knowledgeable about its products and experienced in the human resources market, they are always ready to advise and support businesses. This is the key to their success in overcoming the downturn and becoming the leading recruitment solutions consultant in the region. We look forward to a brighter future of collaboration with Anphabe.
Additionally, according to early 2024 data from SimilarWeb, traffic from Vietnam to LinkedIn far exceeds that of other common job sites like VietnamWorks, TopCV, and CareerViet with nearly four million weekly visits from diverse talents.
Not only for senior personnel, LinkedIn also serves as a source for a wide range of candidates from staff to management levels, particularly Gen Z - the future workforce with great potential.
Anphabe’s Vietnam Best Places to Work 2023 Survey with 63,878 experienced workers from 18 industry groups and 9,638 students from 113 universities nationwide revealed that compared to Gen X and Gen Y, Gen Z significantly prefers and trusts social media channels for job searching, with LinkedIn and Facebook being the most utilized platforms. This underlines LinkedIn's leading position and potential in Vietnam's digital recruitment market transformation.
To mark the significant milestone of five million members in Vietnam, LinkedIn, in partnership with Anphabe, has launched the "LinkedIn Loves Vietnam" campaign - a special promotion exclusively for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Vietnam registering to use LinkedIn through Anphabe before June 31, 2024.
Thanh Nguyen, CEO & chief happiness officer at Anphabe, shared that in the digital age, attracting and finding talent is crucial for business development and competitiveness. However, this is not always easy, especially for SMEs facing challenges like limited resources, high costs, and uncertain results with traditional recruitment channels. This campaign serves as a way for Anphabe and LinkedIn to provide the Vietnamese business community with the best recruitment experiences and opportunities to access high-quality human resources, ready for breakthrough developments on a sustainable growth path."
Participating in the "LinkedIn Loves Vietnam" campaign, businesses will have the opportunity to access and experience unlimited job postings on LinkedIn jobs, with Anphabe's consulting and support throughout the process. Additionally, businesses will enjoy free access to other premium LinkedIn features such as continuous, unlimited job postings for up to six months, up to 10 postings at a time, and unlimited views of candidate profiles.
