According to documents to be submitted at the upcoming AGM 2025, the bank aims for total assets of VND985 trillion ($38.42 billion) by the end of this year, up 14% compared to the beginning of the year.
Customer deposits and securities are expected to grow by 14% to over VND728.4 trillion ($28.4 billion), while loans to customers are projected to rise by 16% to nearly VND673.6 trillion ($26.28 billion). The non-performing loan ratio is expected to remain below 2%.
With its remaining profit after taxes and provisions for the bank’s funds reaching approximately VND23.63 trillion ($921.43 million), ACB plans to allocate VND11.17 trillion ($435.56 million) for 2024 dividends, representing a 25% dividend payout ratio, consisting of 15% in shares and 10% in cash.
If the plan is successful, the bank’s charter capital is expected to increase from VND4.67 trillion to VND51.4 trillion ($2 billion). The dividend payout is scheduled for Q3/2025.
This marks the third consecutive year that ACB will implement a dividend policy that combines both cash and shares. The bank plans to maintain the same dividend distribution next year.
ACB also plans to seek shareholder approval for listing bonds on the stock exchange and for amendments and supplements to the bank’s charter and internal governance regulations.
On the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange (HoSE), ACB’s stock closed Friday at VND26,100 ($1.02) per share, up nearly 2% from the start of the year. The average daily trading volume is over 6.5 million shares.
