Bac Lieu province vice chairman appointed deputy finance minister
Le Tan Can, standing Vice Chairman of Bac Lieu province's People's Committee, has been appointed Deputy Minister of Finance under a prime ministerial decision.

Can was born in 1968 in Loc Ninh commune, Hong Dan district, the Mekong Delta province of Bac Lieu.
He boasts many years working in the financial sector in the positions such as deputy director of Bac Lieu's taxation department, standing vice chairman of Bac Lieu town's people's committee, and director of Bac Lieu province's department of finance.
Before being standing vice chairman of the provincial People's Committee, Can was a member of the provincial Party Committee and chief of the provincial Party Committee Office.
The Ministry of Finance now has four deputy ministers, namely Nguyen Duc Chi, Vo Thanh Hung, Cao Anh Tuan and Le Tan Can, with Ho Duc Phoc as Minister.
