Bamboo Capital to sell luxury properties in foreign markets
BCG Land and Helios have signed strategic agreements with 13 top realty consultants to distribute properties of their King Crown Infinity project in both domestic and foreign markets.
Both BCL Land and Helios are Bamboo Capital Group (BCG) subsidiaries.
The signing ceremony last Friday brought together representatives of Gia Khang, the investor and also a project developer under BCG; BCG Land, the group’s luxurious realty developer, Helios, the BCG’s distribution arm; and 13 top real estate firms: CBC Property, Century Land JSC (CenLand), CBRE Vietnam, ERA Vietnam, IQI, The One, Saigon Land, SmartLand, Sunland, Marina Property, and the alliance of Rever-Cen Saigon-Hana Home.

Speaking at the event, a BCG Land representative said the signatories expected the cooperation would result in many deals, expand distribution markets overseas, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan and Malaysia, promote Vietnamese products and attract foreign investments.
The agreement is expected to facilitate distribution to major markets and promote the sale of luxurious properties invested and developed by BCG Land.
King Crown Infinity is located on Vo Van Ngan and Nguyen Ba Luat streets in Thu Duc city, a prime location to connect six innovative hubs. Vo Van Ngan is one of the streets with the highest commercial value in the eastern part of Ho Chi Minh City.
King Crown Infinity caters to elite lifestyles of high-income businesspeople and expatriates. It has international standard facilities including a deluxe welcoming hall, modern shopping center, infinity pool, four-layer security, shopping mall, five-star restaurants, spa, gym, pool, coworking space, 3D golf, cinemas and cigar & wine lounge operating round the clock.

The Ascott Limited, a Singapore-based leading international lodging owner-operator, will operate the King Crown Infinity project. As the first apartments under the Ascott brand in Ho Chi Minh City, the project is expected to become a sought-after high-end property.
