Gamuda Land Vietnam, Samsung Vina ink deal on smart property solutions
Gamuda Land Vietnam, a leading property developer from Malaysia, has signed an MoU with Samsung Vina Electronics to cooperate on integrating advanced technologies into the local real estate sector.
Under the agreement, Gamuda Land will allocate residential and commercial properties for Samsung’s pilot and rollout projects, making it the first strategic partner in Vietnam to test and deploy Samsung’s smart solutions.

Meanwhile, Samsung will provide technology expertise, R&D support, technical training, workshops, equipment, and staff for implementation.
In line with Samsung’s policy, the company and its affiliates will offer competitive pricing for products, solutions and services supplied to Gamuda Land and its related entities, covering material development, transportation, and associated costs.
Both companies also plan to jointly explore emerging technology needs in Vietnam’s property market and cooperate in marketing and outreach to raise awareness of the benefits as well as practical applications of smart real estate solutions.
Gamuda Land is the developer of many projects in Vietnam such as Gamuda City, a 274-hectare development in Hanoi's Hoang Mai district; Celadon City, an 82-hectare project in HCMC's Tan Phu district; Eaton Park in HCMC's Thu Duc city; The Meadow in HCMC; and Artisan Park in Binh Duong province. Ongoing projects in Dong Nai and Hai Phong are expected to become new highlights.
