Developed by Ninh Thuan Dyeing Co., Ltd. (NDT), a subsidiary of Suedwolle, the plant spans 3 hectares in Bac Phong commune, Thuan Bac district, and boasts an initial production capacity of 2,000 tons per year, which is expected to double in the next phase.

NDT general director Karol Sieradzki highlighted the facility’s cutting-edge dyeing technology, which enables high-speed, precision processing while reducing physical strain on fibers. Compared to traditional dyeing systems, the plant uses 30% less water and 20% less energy.

The factory also features an automated dye dosing system that ensures superior color consistency. All dyes and chemicals used are bluesign® certified, underscoring the company’s strong commitment to environmental responsibility.

The plant’s debut strengthens Suedwolle’s footprint in Vietnam, enhancing its capacity to deliver an end-to-end supply chain solution.

Combined with its Da Lat Wool Spinning (DWS) facility, the new dyeing unit enables the group to offer a more streamlined production process, faster delivery timelines, and increased competitiveness for its global clients, Sieradzki noted.

With more than 3,000 employees and operations spanning Germany, Italy, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, China, and Vietnam, Suedwolle is a global leader in worsted yarn production from both pure and blended wool.

The launch of the Ninh Thuan dyeing plant further cements its commitment to innovation and efficiency in the wool yarn industry in Vietnam.
