Greenhill Village Quy Nhon raises investment capital 11 times

Binh Dinh authorities have allowed the investment capital of the Greenhill Village Quy Nhon resort project to be raised to VND2,595 billion (110 million), a more than 11-time hike.

Additionally, the project implementation from Q3/2018 to Q2/2022 is extended to the new period Q3/2018-Q2/2024.

The project, located on the Quy Nhon-Song Cau route, Binh Dinh province's Quy Nhon town in south-central Vietnam, is invested by Greenhill Village JSC.

It was approved in principle by the provincial People's Committee in 2018, with a total planned area of 16.62 hectares, including tourism apartments, villas and utility areas.

The main commercial products of the project are 500 luxury resort apartments, 148 hilltop villas and five bungalows. Internal utilities include a commercial center, restaurant system, coffee shop, walking park, high-class hotel, square, and spa area, among others.
