KCN Deep C-Hai Phong to double ready-built factory in Q1/2025
KCN Vietnam Group, a Vietnamese industrial property developer, started building the second phase of its ready-built warehouse and factory project within the DEEP C Industrial Park in Hai Phong city on Friday.
Upon completion in the first quarter of 2025, this project will add over eight hectares of high-quality ready-built warehouses and ready-built hybrids (mixed-use warehouse and factory), bringing the total leasable floor area of the entire project to more than 15 hectares.

With a total area of 23.2 hectares, KCN Vietnam's project, named KCN Deep C-Hai Phong, is expected to meet a wide range of leasing and storage needs of businesses and improve the city's image as an attractive destination for foreign investments.
The complex is a pioneering project of KCN Vietnam in applying green building standards, ensuring energy efficiency and providing a healthy working environment.
Belgium-based Rent-A-Port is the investor of Deep C Industrial Zones which includes three industrial zones in Haiphong and two in neighboring Quang Ninh province.
Registered foreign direct investment (FDI) in Vietnam hit $18 billion in the year to July 20, up 10.9% year-on-year, according to the Ministry of Planning and Investment. Hai Phong's figure of $1.27 billion was the sixth-biggest in the period.
As of July 2024, Vietnam attracted 40,777 valid FDI projects with a total registered capital of $487 billion. Regarding capital, Hai Phong ranked sixth with $29.73 billion in 1,176 projects.
