Nearly 17,000 people join Standard Chartered’s Fun Fit Fest to support community
After a month of implementing, Standard Chartered’s Fun Fit Fest, an initiative that aims to foster a healthy community and social responsibility, attracted nearly 17,000 participants joining challenges in over 15 sports.
Its message of health and charity spread widely on social media, with more than 1,200 posts on Facebook sharing people's participation and encouraging others to join the cause.
The campaign is a part of series activities of Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon Heritage Race 2025.

The Organizing Committee on November 9 announced donations valued at VND200 million ($7.590) from the Fun Fit Fest program to the Will to Live Fund, supporting people with disabilities to start businesses under the "Digital business startups" program.
Trinh Nhu Quynh, head of corporate affairs, brand and marketing at Standard Chartered Bank Vietnam, said: "Fun Fit Fest is a part of our mission in building a healthier community every day. This is also the opening activity of Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon Hertiage Race 2025. The campaign’ success has demonstrated the impact of collective action for a good cause. The determination of our community for a good health and future of people with disabilities spread the goodness of the program’s goal.
"We would like to thank all the participants, especially the ambassadors for joining the campaign and accompanying us to support people with disabilities of Will to Live to have the opportunity to startup."

This effort transformed the fitness journey into an opportunity to spread kindness and love. Every step, every photo, and your sweat drop not only show the sport spirit but also contribute to the donations valued at VND200 million to support Vietnamese people with disabilities to have opportunity to study, work and live independently.
"We commit to use this fund effectively, transparently, and responsibly to create free digital training to help them change their lives, be confident and happy. Will to Live is a social enterprise established in 2008. The organization aims to support people with disabilities and disadvantaged groups to integrate into society through free IT vocational training and job creation, helping them live independently and self-reliantly.
Will to Live has trained more than 2,000 students, with 70% of them employed after graduation, contributing to promoting sustainable development and social justice in Vietnam.
Standard Chartered Hanoi Marathon Heritage Race 2025, the 10th race in the globally recognized Standard Chartered Marathon series, took place on November 9, 2025 at Quan Ngua Sports Palace, Hanoi.
Standard Chartered was the main sponsor of the race, affirming its commitment to accompany and develop long-term together with Vietnam, continuing the journey of more than 120 years of association.
The race, which fostered sport spirit and sustainable community connections, is a playground for running lovers, from professional athletes, disabled athletes and foreign athletes to the foreign community in Vietnam.
