Shinhan Bank launches new version of Shinhan SOL Vietnam app
Shinhan Bank Vietnam has introduced a new version of Shinhan SOL Vietnam Mobile Banking Application, in order to provide customers with faster and more convenient digital banking service experiences.
Shinhan SOL Vietnam's new version, which includes numerous innovative improvements, reaffirms the bank's pioneering role in digital transformation and the application of digital technology.
With the new interface, all functions are now displayed fully on one phone screen, with an eye-catching and functional design.
The new version not only improves the interface but also integrates advanced security levels. Meanwhile, the function menu is also organized logically for clear, straightforward, and convenient operation.
In particular, Shinhan SOL Vietnam has been enhanced with the notification feature via the application, facilitating faster and safer interactions between Shinhan Bank and customers.
The bank also implemented the asset management feature to assist customers in centrally managing assets/liabilities and controlling financial information conveniently and effectively.
The new Shinhan SOL Vietnam version allows customers to open credit card accounts and register for Mobile Banking SOL/Internet Banking services via the Electronic Know Your Customers (eKYC) platform, which is completely online. The payment feature on the new Shinhan SOL Vietnam application has also been updated, allowing customers to make transactions with a variety of invoices.
