Shinhan Bank provides personal tax payment services over counter
To provide customers a variety of options for safe, quick and simple tax finalization, Shinhan Bank Vietnam has introduced its over-the-counter personal tax payment service, available at branches and transaction offices nationwide.

Previously, in September 2022, Shinhan Bank became the first foreign bank in Vietnam to collaborate with the General Department of Taxation to offer personal tax and fee payment service via the eTax Mobile application for mobile device platforms running iOS and Android operating systems.
The service allows individual customers with tax identification numbers to pay personal income tax, registration tax on cars, motorbikes and so on conveniently through the eTax Mobile application. Customers simply need to download the eTax Mobile app, link their Shinhan Bank account, and pay their taxes.
Furthermore, in order to improve the convenience of online transactions, Shinhan Bank recently launched a free domestic money transfer program for customers who register an account, open a card, or digital loan through the Shinhan SOL Vietnam application.
Via the Shinhan SOL Vietnam app, with a new, improved and user-friendly interface and regularly updated features, customers can conduct fast and secure online transactions, anywhere and at any time.
