Sunshine Group partners with two global corporations to create smart, high-end living standards in Vietnam

Per its strategy to expand international cooperation, Sunshine Group recently signed MoUs with two world's leading corporations, namely Suofeiya, a high-end customized furniture brand, and Haier Group, a giant in the field of living solutions and digital transformation.

On August 21, Sunshine Group signed an MoU with Suofeiya, the world's leading customized furniture corporation. The agreement marked the beginning of a comprehensive cooperation chain in the field of design, production, and supply of interior solutions and smart devices in the Vietnamese market.

According to the MoU, Suofeiya will directly participate in providing comprehensive solutions for smart interiors at a number of key real estate projects developed by Sunshine Group in the coming time.

Notably, the two sides aim to establish a factory to produce and install furniture in Vietnam, not only to optimize the supply chain for Sunshine Group's projects but also to contribute to improving the competitiveness and position of the Vietnamese furniture industry on the regional map.

Founded in 1981 in France, Suofeiya is now one of the world's biggest names in the field of high-end customized furniture, with eight international production centers, 1.2 million sqm smart production lines, and a team of 200 leading designers who are ready to meet all individual orders for furniture, from kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, interior doors, and separate furniture to smart accessories.

Present in nearly 30 countries and serving millions of families, Suofeiya is a strategic partner of more than 500 prestigious investors and has accompanied hundreds of iconic projects such as Shell Tower (Qatar), Hyatt Regency (Japan), and Lake City (Malaysia).

Sunshine Group-Haier Group cooperation

Previously, Sunshine Group had signed an MoU on strategic cooperation with Haier Home, a member of Haier Group.

Haier Group is one of the leading global corporations in the field of living solutions and digital transformation. The group is also the only IoT ecosystem brand that has been included in Kantar BrandZ's list of Top 100 most valuable global brands for seven consecutive years and in the list of the world's 500 most influential brands voted by World Brand Lab for 21 consecutive years.

In this ecosystem, Haier Home plays a strategic pillar role, co-founding the Shaohaihui platform - one of the 500 global unicorns and the core for developing smart home industrial clusters, new materials, and digital technology.

According to the agreement, Haier Home will accompany Sunshine Group in providing comprehensive solutions for interior design and smart equipment systems at a number of key real estate projects.

The two sides also aim to establish a showroom, promote bilateral trade, and study the possibility of investing in a factory to manufacture and install smart equipment in Vietnam, in order to increase competitive advantage and enhance the comprehensive living experience for residents.

Sunshine Group's simultaneous collaboration with leading brands such as Suofeiya and Haier Group not only contributes to expanding the firm's real estate ecosystem according to international standards, but also brings Vietnam into line with global development trends in the field of interior design and smart living solutions.

These collaborations are expected to materialize modern living spaces, optimize functions of key upcoming projects such as Sunshine Legend City and Sunshine Bay Retreat Vung Tau - two major projects with a total investment of more than $3 billion on which Sunshine Group started construction on August 19, 2025.

This is a step affirming Sunshine Group's pioneering commitment in creating a new- generation living standards, where technology, design, and resident experience are placed at the center, towards a modern, civilized and prosperous community.
