Two Vietnamese serviced apartment facilities win international tourism awards
Oakwood Residence Hanoi and Citadines Bayfront Nha Trang are two serviced apartment facilities honored at International Travel Awards 2022 in Asia.

This is the first project in the serviced apartment segment of Van Phu-Invest Investment JSC, a major real estate developer in Vietnam, with international standards from design to service. It is operated by Oakwood Residence, a subsidiary of Singapore's Mapletree Investments Group.
Located 400 meters from the city's iconic West Lake, all apartments at Oakwook Residence Hanoi are designed to receive natural light and fresh air from a large balcony overlooking the beautiful lake landscape.
Meanwhile, Citadines Bayfront Nha Trang was granted the Best Business Serviced Apartments category award. The facility is located in Tran Phu street, Nha Trang town, Khanh Hoa province with a total of 280 apartments.

This beachfront aparthotel features an on-site restaurant, an outdoor pool and sun terrace. Tourists can enjoy free wifi access in all areas.
It is the first Citadines project in Vietnam of Singapore's The Ascott Limited (Ascott), one of the world's leading international serviced apartment owners and operators. Citadines is Ascott's fastest growing global brand that caters to independent travelers who want service flexibility.
The International Travel Awards is one of the most prestigious events in the global travel and hospitality industry, organized by Dubai's Golden Tree Events and Management, which rewards travel, tourism, and hospitality companies.
This year, the International Travel Awards witnessed a record season, with the hotel and tourism industry making a comeback after two years of the pandemic, with more than 2,000 nominations, 300 winners from six regions of the Americas, Asia, Europe, Africa, Oceania and the Middle East.
