Czech senior leader meets with Home Credit
The Czech Republic-backed consumer finance firm Home Credit Vietnam welcomed Deputy Speaker of the Chamber of Deputies of the Czech parliament Jan Bartosek on Friday.
His visit to the firm followed Czech Prime Minister Petr Fiala’s call to Home Credit this April. The latest visit coincided with the financial services provider’s 15th anniversary.
Bartosek said he and his mission acknowledged Home Credit’s growth in Vietnam as a leading firm in the sector. They noted the company’s accomplishments in financial inclusion, responsible lending, sustainable growth, and its commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

The frequent calls by Czech senior officials to Home Credit underlined the company's important role in fostering business relationships between the two countries, said the firm.
Home Credit Vietnam claims it has served nearly 15 million customers in the country, including underbanked and unbanked residents.
A key factor behind the firm’s success is its commitment to responsible lending practices, reflected by its market-leading low non-performing loan ratio. The company adds that returning customers generate 75% of its new revenue, showcasing customer satisfaction.
These accomplishments have solidified Home Credit Vietnam's position as the most desired brand in the market, recognized by the Annual Brand Health Track conducted by Ipsos, a global leader in market research, from 2020 to 2022,
Home Credit has been at the forefront of implementing environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles in its business operations. The company has secured the Top 100 Sustainable Companies award from the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI), making it the sole consumer finance company to get this recognition.
