Honda Aircraft expands Southeast Asia footprint to cater for growing demand
North Carolina-headquartered Honda Aircraft Company has announced two new authorized sales representatives (ASR) for HondaJet in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam.
Forth Corporation Public Company Limited, based in Bangkok, Thailand, represents HondaJet sales in Thailand, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar, the aircraft manufacturer said on Thursday.
Meanwhile, Singapore-based WingsOverAsia Pte Ltd represents HondaJet sales in Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Brunei, and the Philippines.

Honda Aircraft Company said it will continue to strengthen its presence in Southeast Asia for a seamless customer experience in response to the growing demand for the HondaJet.
With the latest move, the company's sales and service footprint now spans the Americas, Europe, and Asia.
The HondaJet global fleet already exceeds 170,000 flight hours and has 230 aircraft worldwide, Honda Aircraft said.
Peter Kriegler, vice president of sales of Honda Aircraft Company, said: "Southeast Asia is a dynamic market for business aviation.”
Honda Aircraft Company was formed as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Honda Motors in August 2006. It began delivering aircraft to customers in late 2015, and by the first half of 2017, the HondaJet had become the top-selling twin-engine light business jet.
