The 2022-2024 period marked a remarkable journey for the Vietnam Women’s Volleyball Team with impressive achievements.

Not only did the team maintain their leading position in Southeast Asia with silver medals at the 31st and 32nd SEA Games, they also gradually realized their ambition to compete on continental and global stages.

Their outstanding marks were champion of the 2023 Asian Women’s Club Volleyball Championship (Vietnam), earning the right to represent Asia at the FIVB Volleyball Women's Club World Championship 2023 in China; champion of the 2023 AVC Challenge Cup in Indonesia, representing Asia at the FIVB Women's Volleyball Challenger Cup in Laval, France; and fourth place at the 2023 Asian Women's Volleyball Championship in Thailand.

The team also obtained the Top 4 finish at the Asian Games 19 (2023) - a first in history, and became champion of the 2024 AVC Women’s Challenge Cup in the Philippines, again representing Asia at the FIVB Challenger Cup.

In addition, they secured third place at the FIVB Volleyball Challenger Cup 2024, marking the first time Vietnam reached the podium at a world-level tournament.

For the first time ever, the team are qualified for the 2025 FIVB Women's Volleyball World Championship to be held in Phuket, Thailand this August.

These achievements, especially during 2023 and 2024, reflect the effective investments made by the Vietnam Volleyball Federation. In addition to international training camps and participation in both domestic and international tournaments to enhance skills and experience, significant attention has also been paid to youth development, aiming for sustainable growth in Vietnamese volleyball.

These accomplishments are the result of tireless effort by the team over the years, answering the love and expectations of millions of fans nationwide, as well as the support and sponsorship of various enterprises.

The partnership with PVFCCo - Phu My is a major source of motivation for the team to continue striving, bringing joy and pride to supporters, and contributing to enhancing the stature of Vietnamese sports.

PVFCCo - Phu My, with the philosophy of "Sharing Prosperity," is one of Vietnam’s leading companies in fertilizer and chemical production and distribution. Its Phu My-branded products, including urea and NPK fertilizers, have long been trusted by farmers across the country under the slogan “For a Bountiful Harvest.”

As a long-standing supporter of Vietnamese volleyball, the firm continues its mission to help elevate the national women’s team to continental and global prominence.

At the press conference, a representative from PVFCCo - Phu My shared that volleyball is not only an elite sport but also one of the most beloved recreational activities in everyday life, especially in rural areas.

From village courtyards to rice fields, community volleyball is a vibrant part of daily life for farmers. Therefore, the company’s partnership with the Vietnam Women’s Volleyball Team represents a meaningful bridge between elite sports and the community, inspiring positive energy from the countryside to the international stage.

“We are honored to accompany the Vietnam Women’s National Volleyball Team. With this partnership, we hope to provide additional motivation for the team to conquer new heights,” he said.

Following a successful 2024, the team look ahead to 2025 with new goals at the FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship and the FIVB Men's U21 World Championship.

Another key objective for 2025 is achieving top results at the 33rd SEA Games, scheduled to be held in Thailand in December.
