Shinhan Bank launches 'Cashback Shopping' on SOL app

Shinhan Bank has launched a new utility called “Cashback Shopping” on its Shinhan SOL Vietnam App (SOL App), offering customers a convenient shopping experience with attractive unlimited cashback offers at nearly 100 reputable brands across a wide range of fields.

Customers will receive attractive cashback offers of up to 35% on e-commerce (Lazada, Tiki, Shopee...), travel accommodation (Traveloka, Klook, Bamboo Airways...), dining (Highlands Coffee, KFC, Trung Nguyen Cafe Legend...), fashion beauty (JUNO, The Face Shop, Nike...), education (ELSA, ILA, Unica...), and finance - insurance (Bao Viet, Manulife, VNPAY). The refund rates will differ by brand and product group and will be determined by each brand and product group's own terms and conditions.

Shinhan Bank is the first foreign bank in Vietnam to launch this utility.

Customers who shop through the SOL App can receive a refund by simply following these steps:

Step 1: Install/Update the latest SOL App version

Step 2: Log in to SOL App

Step 3: Navigate to the "Promotion" area, then to "Utility," then to "Cashback Shopping."

Step 4: Choose your favorite brand.

Step 5: Go shopping and make your payment.

Step 6: Cashback will be recorded and approved depending on each brand's policy.

Shinhan Bank said that the launch of "Cashback Shopping" demonstrates Shinhan Bank's efforts to promote digitization, build a convenient, safe, and secure digital ecosystem through information technology, and improve customer experience by strengthening and expanding its network of cooperation with reputable partners.

At the same time, the app aims to efficiently satisfy the expanding online purchasing needs of clients, particularly the young customer segment.

Early in December, Shinhan Bank introduced a new version of Shinhan SOL Vietnam Mobile Banking Application to provide customers with faster and more convenient digital banking services.
