The Green Tet, Vietnamese Gifts 2025 market showcases and sells more than 1,000 OCOP (One Commune One Product) products rated 3-5 stars, along with regional specialties and typical rural products from 49 provinces and cities across Vietnam.

Pham Thi Giang, a customer from Go Vap district, Ho Chi Minh City, visited the fair in District 3, HCMC on Thursday morning. She quickly purchased essentials such as vegetables, safe food, and health support products for the upcoming Tet holiday.

"During Tet, I often come to the Green Tet market because of its lively atmosphere, diverse products, and convenience," said Trang.

"What keeps me coming back year after year is the warmth and friendliness of the organizers, the vendors, and most of the people here," Trang added.

Trang wasn’t the only customer. Many people from HCMC arrived early to attend the Green Tet Market, Vietnamese Gifts for the Year of the Snake 2025. This year’s market features over 1,000 products that meet the green, clean, fresh, and safe criteria.

The market highlights a range of typical regional products, such as Ha Giang mint honey, Da Lat wind-dried persimmons, Tay Nguyen coffee, Ben Tre coconut jam, Hoa Loc Tien Giang sand mangoes, as well as various cakes, jams, vegetables, naturally dried apples, and other unique agricultural products.

Vu Kim Anh, deputy director of Business Studies & Assistance Center and head of the Fair organizing committee, said that visitors will not only find OCOP products, craft village products, and local startup projects, but also experience the passion and unique cultural values from each region.

The event is scheduled to run from January 23, 2025 to January 26, 2025 (the 24th to the 27th of the 12th lunar month of 2024) at 135A Pasteur, District 3.

According to the organizers, the program aims to connect agricultural specialty producers following safe practices with the market. It also serves as an opportunity for local businesses, buyers, and community organizations to meet and discuss market trends, new production methods, and marketing strategies.
