Trung Nguyen E-Coffee has introduced a new franchise model that could see the total number of domestic and international stores soar from the current 800 to 3,000 by the end of next year.

The revamped Trung Nguyen E-Coffee franchise model, launched in Ho Chi Minh City last Friday, attracted thousands of partners drawn by low investment costs offered to franchisees.

Attendees had the opportunity to experience the new model first-hand, and more than 200 new franchise contracts were signed during the event.

Tran Thuong, a resident of HCMC’s Thu Duc district, signed four new contracts at the launch ceremony, adding to the one he has already opened.

Partnering with Trung Nguyen E-Coffee over the past two years has significantly benefited his business, attracted many customers and ensured stable profits, he said.

Dang Nguyet Yen Thanh, CEO of Trung Nguyen Franchising Company and business development director of Trung Nguyen E-Coffee, noted that Trung Nguyen E-Coffee was an F&B and retail system first launched by Trung Nguyen Legend Group in August 2019.

“We have dedicated time to researching and perfecting the Trung Nguyen E-Coffee model. With the launch of the 2024 version, we continue to offer our zero-dong franchise policy.

“Trung Nguyen E-Coffee now provides five conversion packages ranging from VND56 million ($2,279) to VND196 million ($7,977) and six investment packages based on design styles, costing between VND65 million ($2,645) and VND245 million ($9,971). Our flexible design, suitable for locations as small as four square meters, caters to investment and business needs of the younger generation."

Trung Nguyen E-Coffee aims to establish a network of 3,000 stores both nationwide and internationally by 2025, Thanh said. Its current network of around 800 stores includes several in the U.S. and Iceland.
