UK mission celebrates British food, drinks products in Vietnam
The British Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City, in partnership with Annam Gourmet, is running the ‘Great food for the season’ campaign, celebrating the wide variety of British food and drinks products available in Vietnam.
With a festive theme, the campaign focuses on Christmas products in demand at this time of the year such as chocolate, biscuits, shortbread, whisky, gin and tea from British brands like Cadbury’s, Walkers and English Tea Shop. The campaign features over 200 British products currently sold at Annam Gourmet stores in Vietnam.

The campaign started with an event at Annam Gourmet An Phu, Thao Dien on December 14, 2023, and British products will be on display across 10 Annam Gourmet stores in both Hanoi and HCMC from December 14-28. Discounts and promotions of up to 50% on chocolate products and up to 10% on other products are available.
The campaign responds to the increasing demands from both Vietnamese and foreign customers for high-quality products in Vietnam.
“The ‘Great food for the season’ campaign is the perfect way to conclude an exciting year of activities in Vietnam during 2023, a special year during which we have celebrated the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the UK and Vietnam," said British Consul General in HCMC Emily Hamblin during the launch.
"This event is a testament to our commitment to bringing the finest international culinary experiences to our discerning customers. At Annam Gourmet, we take pride in curating a diverse selection of premium food and beverage offerings. 'Great food for the season' is a momentous occasion where we celebrate the exceptional range of British gastronomy in Vietnam."
