The ceremony was attended by representatives from the VEPH and consulting units. Seventy four printers have submitted bids in line with regulations.
Earlier, on January 10, 2025, VEPH had posted a bidding announcement on the national bidding network system.
Preparations for printer selection and e-bidding documents were carried out by the publishing house in accordance with the Bidding Law.
The announcement is a crucial step to ensure transparency and fairness in selecting printers who have capacity, experience, and ability to produce high-quality textbooks.
Winning printers will be required to strictly adhere to regulations concerning paper quality, ink, and book durability, and ensure timely delivery for the new school year.
VEPH believes that the bidding will help select reputable printing units, thus contributing to the improvement of textbook quality and effectively supporting teaching and learning nationwide.
