VinFast makes 24/7 mobile charging available across Vietnam
Vietnamese electric vehicle maker VinFast announced Monday its launch of the 24/7 mobile charging service and mobile repair nationwide.

The EV startup said it would have an additional 20 mobile charging stations in 14 provinces and cities across the country on Wednesday.
The localities are Thai Nguyen, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Hai Phong, Hai Duong, Hanoi (in the north), Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Danang (central region), Gia Lai (Central Highlands), Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, and Ho Chi Minh City (in the south).
VinFast plans to increase the total number to 100 points in all 63 provinces and cities this June.
In terms of sales in the country, the EV maker of Vietnamese conglomerate Vingroup, delivered 358 EVs to its customers this January, comprising 204 VF 8 and 154 VF e34 cars.
VF 8, an SUV, is equipped with such advanced technologies as the Smart Services package and advanced driver-assistance system (ADAS) with abundant safety features including highway driving assist, auto lance-changing assist, onramp and offramp assist, cruise assist, and collision warning, among others.
In January, VF 8 was selected as the outstanding equipped car in the trending category of the Car Choice Awards 2022 in Vietnam.
Meanwhile, the VF e34 was the winning green car model in the awards for 2022. Among outstanding technologies included in the compact crossover, the most special is the ability to control detailed information about the vehicle through an application on a smartphone and artificial intelligence technology to bring interesting experiences, personalized to each owner, according to VinFast.
EVs made by the firm are regularly updated with software to optimize car operation, VinFast says.
